What is AL's return/exchange policy for Jewelries?
If you return any unused or defective products within 14 days of the order, you will be refunded your original payment. Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CAN´T BE RETURNED.
How do I return/ Exchange something?
- Email us to return/exchange your item.
- Please allow 1 business day for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation and return instructions.
Please note: AL JEWELRY AND APPAREL is not responsible for any return/exchange fees, or returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
We don't ACCEPT returns for Apparels.
Generally we do not accept returns. Refunds are being issued in the following cases without a need to return the item:
1. The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
2. The item is used, defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
3. The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.
4. The shipment went missing.
